This is not to bash the restaurant at all, but I do think the service experience could have been handled much better. I came in after a long day, excited to relax and have a meal. From the beginning, though, I noticed the server didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly toward me. I honestly felt like an afterthought, possibly because I came alone. I ordered Thai tea with boba, spring rolls, and the appetizer pho because I wasn’t sure how hungry I’d still be afterward. When my Thai tea arrived, it looked more like a slushy drink, which confused me because I’m used to regular Thai iced tea with boba. When I mentioned that politely, she explained that because I asked for tea with boba, that’s how they made it. I apologized for the misunderstanding and asked if it could possibly be changed. Before I could even finish speaking, she grabbed the drink from the table and walked away very abruptly. When she brought it back, I thanked her and apologized again, but she didn’t respond. The same thing happened when she brought my food. I continued being polite and saying thank you, but there was no response. I also noticed the tea had an excessive amount of ice in it. Food is good and the flavors are authentic. The pho broth was rich and flavorful, and the portions were satisfying. Service was decent and the restaurant had a nice casual atmosphere. Overall, a solid spot for Vietnamese food in Virginia Beach, and I’d definitely come back.

Kind people. Amazing food. Got a large pho for like 17-18$ and it was so worth it. You get so many noodles not just a bowl full of broth. Probably the best pho I’ve had.

This place was the first I ever had PHO a long time ago is still my favorite. The pho is always perfect and I love the way the bring the extra tendon if you order it. Jackie and Dave were so friendly and keeping the whole restaurant happy. Love the experience and customer service. Love IT

This has quickly become my favorite spot for pho! The broth is always rich and delicious, and I love that they serve Vietnamese coffee that steeps right at your table—it’s such a nice touch. I always finish my bowl of soup without ever feeling too heavy or sick afterward. There’s plenty of parking and seating, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Whether I’m craving comfort food when I’m under the weather or just want a satisfying bowl of soup, this is my go-to place. I’ve tried pho at many restaurants in the area, and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend!
